A MIDSUMMER NIGHT’S DREAM/MGA PANGARAP SA GABI NG ISANG GITNANG TAG-ARAW
On its 8ththeater season, CAST has played a Shakepeares’s masterpiece, “A Midsummer Night;s Dream” directed by Prof.RomualdoProtacioand it was translated to Filipino by Mr. Ricky Abad, entitled “MgaPangarapsa Gabi ngIsangGitnang Tag-Araw” directed by Prof.Wilfredo N. Uriarte Jr. This was performed last February 8-15,2013 at University of Makati’s Grand Theater. This was the very first theater play in both English and tagalog showed in the University.


KAHAPON,NGAYON AT BUKAS
CAST did a re-run of Aurelio Tolentino’s“Kahapon, Ngayon at Bukas”last August30-31(6PM) and September 2, 2012 (10AM,2PM,6PM) at STI Global City, Taguig.An exceedingly different play compared to the past two similar runs, KNB (2005) and KNB: LayaKnb?(February 2012), in provision of the actors’ attack and directors’ analysis. All the reruns of the said plays were all directed by no other than Prof.Wilfredo N.Uriarte Jr. with his playful and innovative thoughts and imaginations.

ang pinagmulan ng alamat
“Kati” is an attempt to explain why Makati that once was referred to as a worthless swampland became the undisputed financial and commercial capital of the Philippines. The play “Kati” is a new legend about love, prophecy and self-discovery that tries to explain the ebbing of the tide (pagkatingtubig) where the grandiose City of Makati got its name.


TAGUAN
(FEBRUARY 2007)
INSPIRED by the short story of Dr. Rolando Bernales, the Collective Arts of Students and Thespians staged “TAGUAN” for UMak students, professors and administrators on February 26-28, 2007 at the UMak mini theater.
December 2006 when Dr.Bernales' anthology of selected stories and poems entitled "Taguan" was launched. Part of the said launching was a stage play of the excerpt from "Taguan", the winning piece of Dr.Bernalesin the Don Carlos Palanca Memorial Awards for Literature,
